We ensure we acquire the right property  in the right area at below market value, locking in upside from the outset. We refusrbish to the highest standard – adding more value, and then refinance the property to repay our investors.

  • We put your money to work – we don’t create work for you.

  • Interest is paid as a percentage upfront.

  • There is also an option to “learn while you earn” – you can come along for the ride. We are happy to educate you from the start of the project to the finish – with weekly.monthly progress reports, pictures, videos and scheduled calls.

  • Our goal is to foster great relationships with our investors so we can build long-term, win-win partnerships.
