Our core strategy is to Buy, Refurbish and Refinance (BRR) using our local knowledge and robust deal analysis. We ensure we acquire the right property in the right area at below market value, locking in upside from the outset. We refusrbish to the highest standard – adding more value, and then refinance the property to repay our investors.

What Do You Need To Do?

We put your money to work – we don’t create work for you.

Interest can be paid monthly or rolled up at the end of the agreed term, typically 9, 12 or 24 months.

There is also an option to “learn while you earn” – you can come along for the ride. We are happy to educate you from the start of the project to the finish – with weekly.monthly progress reports, pictures, videos and scheduled calls.
